All appointments require credit card details or a gift certificate number to hold the booking.

Cancellations if less than 24 hours notice is given 50% charge will incur. Saturday and Sunday appointments 100% will incur and vouchers made void with a no show appointment.

All appointments are able to be cancelled 24 hrs prior via phone or email. You will receive a confirmation text message 24 hours before your booking. A cancellation can be made this way given that it meets the above policy.
