For existing clients requiring further support or customised skincare. This complimentary follow up allows us to review your current skincare presciption and skin health needs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. However, your booking time is totally allocated to you and no-one else. Therefore, out of consideration for our small business, your therapist Jacqueline, and those clients who have missed a booking due to their allocated time slot being booked, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 2 working days notice for cancellation or rescheduling. To secure your booking, all appointments will require a 50% deposit. A further 50% fee will be charged for no-show appointments. If you have a Gift Certificate, your deposit will be refunded or added to the booking cost once your appointment begins. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment with minimum 48hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding, Jacqueline.
